As a previous commercial and multi-unit residential construction executive, Steve Rodri understands the particular needs of clients while remaining sensitive to the needs of candidate. “I want BOTH sides of every placement I do, happy.” The “perfect” match does not exist but Rodri works hard at getting as close as possible to perfection paying close attention to the needs of the client company and the candidates he presents to them.
Familiar with budgets, capital planning, human resources, revenue planning, accounting, sub-contractor bid to completion supervision, and day-to-day operations management upon opening, occupancy attainment and proper maintenance and preventative maintenance of facility’s, Rodri understands your needs on a first-hand basis.
In his spare time in the warmer months, Rodri prefers to be on the water, sailing Narragansett Bay on his 47’ sloop S/V Free Spirit with his sons. In the winter skiing with his sons an any number of New England’s, ski areas. A side trip home to Colorado is never out of the question.
